I am deeply interested in the commonalities that connect people and communities to their cultural identities and apply those insights to design strategies that are beyond multicultural -- instead, they are truly intercultural. For over 15 years, I’ve been a consultant, executive, and researcher, helping to link the social capital of organizations with business opportunities for growth. Being bilingual and bicultural gives me the ability to more easily recognize the common ground for successful innovation solutions.
I’ve worked with a broad range of organizations, from Fortune 100 corporations to non-profits, foundations, and government agencies, enabling me to understand the variety of ways different organizations operate. I’ve also worked on projects with Latino, African American, Asian, Native American, White, GLBTQ, youth, teachers, and other communities which has allowed me to develop an intercultural point of view.
